As part of the on going review of courses the Public Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA) identified and responded to a need for more comprehensive investigative training in the public sector.
This resulted in the development of the PSP41504 Certificate IV in Government Investigation and the PSP41404 Certificate IV in Government (Statutory Compliance). These courses have become sought after formal qualifications in these sectors.

Yes. While ICETS specialises in delivering qualifications customised for large agencies, we also run generic courses. These courses are based on a cross section of legislation and state based agency policy & procedures. These focus on legislation and policy relevant to the state in which training is delivered and ensure its relevancy to the agency personnel attending the course.
