SRE

Surviving the Regulatory Environment Workshops are an interactive program for up to 15 people per workshop. The program is run over two days by highly qualified and experienced facilitators who have many years experience in practical application and training field officers in a dynamic and high risk regulator environment.
The workshop comprises two key elements. The first element explores a variety of subjects around security risk management, threat assessment processes and managing unreasonable people. Element two is a suite of tools that anyone can apply in any communication exchange which can assist to achieve a safe resolution of often high stress situations.
