Meet ICETS’ COO, Nadine Seifert

Nadine began her career in criminal law, working as a prosecutor both in Australia and overseas.

But after years in “the system”, she grew frustrated by its limits — the same people cycling through courts, victims left without real closure, and change feeling just out of reach.

That’s what drew her to ICETS. She took the chance to make a difference from the ground up: by educating the public servants responsible for compliance, inspections, and investigations before problems arise.

For Nadine, it’s not just about the law. It’s about prevention, empowerment, and real community impact.

  Having supervised the teams that undertake government investigations, I wanted to upskill myself in the investigations techniques themselves. I was recommended ICETS by the Ombos, and I can certainly see why! Definitely worth every cent and second I spent on this course. Nadine was amazing, the skills I learned especially in Mods 8 & 9 will go beyond just investigations. I did this via distance education, and I can't highly recommend them enough. Thank you Nadine, Sharon, and Dave, this course is absolutely top tier! I wished you were based in Sydney, as I could have undertaken this course in person!

  I have completed several CertIV trainings previously and ICETS was by far the best structured and facilitated course I have seen so far. I completed the Cert IV Government Investigations in the Virtual Classroom format. I was impressed by the efficiency of their aXcelerate and COMtrac software systems and the wealth of real life on the job experience that our facilitator had. For someone who is organised and time poor, this was the perfect course for completing all of the required theoretical and practical assessments within the allocated class times (plus a few extra hours I did on a Sunday). Dave was also very good at keeping things entertaining. I highly recommend this course.

  Great experience completing my Cert IV in Government Investigations with ICETS. The facilitator, Dave, was brilliant. We covered a huge amount of information in the virtual classroom, and Dave supported us through every stage. His professionalism, humour and personal anecdotes from his time in the Police force were priceless.
