Though there was a lot of content to cover in the nine days, the lecturer, the facilitator made it very easy and pleasant to follow, it was well communicated and explained, lots of good practical examples, lots of interaction with other students. It exceeded my expectations because of the practical approach, and real case scenarios. I have done other courses with other providers and this one was the best.

One of the best facilitators I’ve had throughout my many education experiences. She clearly has a true passion for helping others understand investigations, was knowledgeable and very approachable.

Due to two exceptional instructors, I learned so much and was not overwhelmed, although there was a large amount of content.

The trainers were very engaging and helpful and provided a safe space for asking questions and to speak up if you didn’t understand. Marking of assessments was super quick and the feedback given was very encouraging.

The facilitators were a fantastic duo and really complimented each other. I really enjoyed the practical activities, working in pairs and teamwork. The classroom was calm and conducive to learning, we were happy to ask for more information if needed. Although quite intensive, the trainers and the other students did a great job of keeping the content interesting and participants engaged.
