This online course was intensive, however the facilitation was first rate with extensively experienced staff taking the students through the world of investigation ensuring understanding of legislation, the authorised officer requirements and techniques for professionally conducting and managing investigations. The availability of the facilitator in and out of class time was impressive.

I enrolled in the 9-day virtual course and online classes are conducted on Zoom and the resources and course materials provided are great. The course pace is fast, but the classroom experience was excellent. It's important to stay attentive!
Sharon (aka Ronnie) is a great facilitator; her teaching methods are easy to follow, and the course examples will be remembered for a long time. Additionally, Ronnie was always prompt in her replies to calls or emails. :)
