Virtual Takeover

For more than a year now we have been taking a lot of our classes completely online to create more versatility in the way we deliver our Certificate IV in Government Investigations. This has helped to create more of an all inclusive learning environment, not just for the current climate but also for the future. It has been difficult in the past year to gage whether we are able to bring the Cert IV to your home town. The online platform has helped bring the course to you, breaking the barrier the travel restrictions and snap lockdowns have in place.

We have had continuously sold out virtual courses this year, ranking in at 11 by the time the end of the year rolls around. In fact, since the beginning of lockdown last year to now we have conducted a total of 18 virtual courses with a range of 8-15 students per class. We’re going into our 9th two week block of virtual classes for the year next Monday, and we couldn’t be more excited to meet our next group of students.

“I really enjoyed completing the course over Zoom from the comfort of my own home.” -Public Student (2021)

They have been a major success, giving students more accessibility to gain a qualification, which will upgrade and/or refresh their investigative skills. On top of this we’ve also been able to offer In House contextualised courses for agencies in an online environment, which have been run just as seamlessly.

“Linda was extremely knowledgeable and very professional, she was patient and understanding regarding the connection issue some students were encountering.” -In House Student (2021)

The snap lockdowns happen so quickly with little notice. It’s important to have a course facilitator that can move the course into an online environment efficiently and effectively. Our trainers are fully equipped to make this change as seamless as possible. Our most recent Face to Face in Brisbane was a great example of this, conducting the first week at our Brisbane office and then conducting the second week virtually during the snap lockdown to great success.

That being said, we’re still offering our Face to Face courses where we can. We understand how being in a physical classroom can make all of the difference to some of our clients. Although we’ve tried to facilitate as many Face to Face courses this year as possible, we are hoping that we’ll be able to see a lot more of you in person in the next year.

We only have a few more spots available for our final virtual class of the year. So if you are needing an upgrade or refresher of your investigative skills, our Certificate IV in Government Investigations is the course for you. We look forward to seeing you soon, whether it be virtually or back in the classroom.

“Lindas’ facilitation of the course was really good, she clearly outlined what we were doing and how we were going to achieve that within the limitations of the online learning environment. I also feel she did a good job in making the course engaging” -Public Student (2021)
